Client testimonial template
Every usable client testimonial has four parts: the situation before, what was done, what changed, and one line for the person still deciding. Below are seven fill-in templates built on that structure, from a one-line website quote to a full result story. Fill them with your client's answers only.

“Our welcome flow was basically off. Three weeks after the rewrite, email went from 9% to 24% of monthly revenue.”
Marta R., e-commerce founder
Case study
From 9% to 24% of monthly revenue in three weeks
The four parts underneath every template
- 1. The situation before, so the result has a size
- 2. What was actually done, in the client's words
- 3. What changed, with a number where one exists
- 4. One line aimed at the person still deciding
Miss the first one and the testimonial reads as praise. Miss the third and there is nothing for a buyer to weigh.

Three rules before you publish
Fill it in with their words, not yours
These templates are prompts for a conversation, not text to write on the client's behalf. Send the questions, take the answers, then fit them to the shape.
Never insert a number they did not give
One invented figure makes every true one next to it look invented too. If there is no metric, lead with the change in situation instead.
Get the wording approved in writing
Send the final version back before it goes anywhere and keep the approval with the testimonial.

A template is only as good as what you put in it. Send a free CasePruve link, collect the answers by text, voice or video, and turn them into a case study. Free plan: five testimonials and two case studies.
